Important Disclaimer

I spent nearly three decades working inside human resources, talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness functions at large organizations.

While I share insights, observations, and educational information based on those experiences, nothing on this website, in the book, videos, app, resources, blog articles, newsletters, coaching conversations, or other materials should be interpreted as legal advice, employment law advice, financial advice, or professional representation.

Every workplace situation is unique.

Laws vary by jurisdiction. Company policies differ. Individual circumstances matter.

If you require legal advice regarding your employment situation, you should consult a qualified attorney licensed in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Your use of this website, app, content, or services does not create an attorney-client relationship, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other professional advisory relationship.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

The information provided through this website, app, videos, resources, coaching conversations, and related content is intended to help individuals make more informed decisions.
However, no representation or guarantee is made regarding employment outcomes, promotions, compensation decisions, hiring decisions, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, severance agreements, workplace disputes, or any other career-related result.
Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Before we begin, here's the plain-English version:

I'm going to tell you a lot of things most employees were never taught about how organizations work.

What I can't do is guarantee outcomes, provide legal advice, or make decisions on behalf of your employer.

Now for the part my lawyer would want you to read.
